Job Description : Sales Administrator

Focus International Property Limited is a medium sized company working out of offices in North West London. We provide a complete service to clients wishing to purchase property anywhere in the world. Helping our clients buy their property is our business and we make sure that all the help and advice needed throughout the process is provided.

The Position Offered
Candidates will need to be bright, articulate and have the ability to perform a wide range of general office duties with good interpersonal skills. They will need to work closely with our sales team and need to be able to work under pressure and within agreed deadlines.

The successful candidate will also have good working experience of office administration and an understanding of the property market both home and overseas will be an advantage. Must be able to build and develop relationships with clients and to work with potential clients to assist with their property purchases.

The applicant should have the equivalent of at least five years administration experience and will be proficient in data entry activity.

Candidates will need to have a high level of written and spoken English and a working knowledge of a foreign language would be an advantage but not essential.

The Job will Involve
Setting up and maintaining office files and computer database records, reports and correspondence and ensuring that all records are kept fully updated.

Responding to routine tasks in accordance with agreed instructions and operating within standard procedures.

Compose routine correspondence using standard letters, which have been designed for specific situations.

Work closely with colleagues to ensure good communications and adherence to company procedures and processes.

Work together with other members of the administration team to support sales and to undertake special projects as defined from time to time.

Office Hours : 9.00 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday
Salary : Dependant upon your attained level of skill and qualification
